Natalie Grainger  BAppSc (ScPath) MSPA CPSP - Senior Speech Pathologist and Director of SPIN Clinic, has designed a dedicated space for Speech Pathology in Neuro. Natalie, an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist, is fervently committed to achieving superior outcomes for clients grappling with neurogenic speech and swallow disorders.

Natalie completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from the University of Sydney in 2015, and she further enriched her understanding of the brain with an introduction to psychology course in 2012. She is a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia.
With a rich background spanning acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, Natalie is skilled in managing conditions impacting the brain, including stroke, Motor Neuron Disease, and Parkinson’s Disease. Natalie's expertise extends to certifications in Dysphagia, Flexible Endoscopic Evaluations of Swallowing (FEES), Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies (VFSS), and she is also an LSVT Certified practitioner. Beyond her clinical role, Natalie is a seasoned Clinical Supervisor with a love for teaching and contributing to her field.

Actively engaged in the profession, Natalie has represented various clinical networks, professional practice guidelines, and dedicates herself to clinical research. She proudly holds memberships in professional associations, including Speech Pathology Australia, Laryngology Society, and the World Federation of NeuroRehabilitation.

Driven by a genuine desire to empower clients for improved function and a better quality of life, Natalie has dedicated her career to helping those with impairments and disabilities associated with neurological disorders. Outside of this, Natalie is a devoted mother of two who finds joy in family moments, reading, travelling, dining out, beach outings, and her joy for running.
